CHANGE IS NOTHING NEW
Abstract:
Since
1750 the electromagnetic radiation of the Sun has increased
significantly, as indicated by the sunspot record. This increased
electromagnetic radiation is considered by the author and others to be
the real cause of global warming. The examination of the annual
temperature records of the northern and southern hemispheres shows a
sharp change and major increases since 1978, especially in the northern
hemisphere. This is the so-called hockey stick effect, which the author
concludes is not due to the influence of Man, and probably due to a
change in the geothermal regime of heat flow from the fracture zones in
the floor of the northern oceans. There is some confirmation of this in
recent sea floor explorations. The role of atmospheric carbon dioxide
and methane is considered in relation to claims that emissions by Man
are causing global warming. It is shown that the increased warming is
due to the Sun, and that the consequent warming of the oceans is
causing the ex-solution of carbon dioxide and methane from the oceans,
simply due to the decreasing solubility of these gases in sea water
with increasing ocean temperatures. The extensive exploitation of
groundwater around the world over the past century, at rates far in
excess of possible recharge, has created a net addition to the
hydrosphere commensurate with the apparent rise in sea levels over the
past century. There is deadly pollution in the atmosphere over many
world cities and industrial regions. These are local and regional
matters, and should be corrected at the sources of pollution. Air
pollution and global warming are scientifically separate matters.

I
was invited to prepare the paper by the Editor as a scientific response
to the IPCC report, Climate Change 2007: The Physical Science
Basis, Summary for Policy Makers, issued by the Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change, February 2007. The paper can also be
regarded as a response to the movie by Al Gore, and to the report on
carbon trading by the London financier, Sir Nicholas Stern.
The
key points of the paper are:-
1.
The
Earth, the Sun, and indeed the Cosmos, comprise an inter-acting,
dynamic, and evolving system. It is all in a state of continuing
change. There is no steady state. In contrast, the IPCC
assumes that the Earth was in a steady state until 250 years ago, which
was upset by Man through increasing use of carbon fuels, and that led
to atmospheric changes and consequential global warming.

In
geological time, the climate of the Earth has been influenced by the
immediate environment of the solar system as it travels through our
Milky Way Galaxy. There were times when the solar system was
enveloped in vast clouds of gas and dust, causing extreme cooling on
Earth, and ice ages lasting for millions of years. In recent
times the solar system has been travelling through space that is
virtually empty, enabling a benign climate in which our civilization
has flourished.

The
Sun is the dominating influence on the climate of the Earth. That
simple fact is not recognised by IPCC. The Sun is a churning,
quivering body of hot plasma, generating intense electromagnetic fields
in space that envelop the Earth. The electromagnetic behaviour of the
Sun dominates and determines the electromagnetic and geotectonic
response of the Earth, and thereby climate.

The
climate of the earth has always changed. There have been times
lasting centuries when the Earth was warmer or colder than now.
The period of 500 years from 800 to 1300 AD was warmer. It
brought prosperity to Europe. It is known as the Medieval
Warm Period. Many great cathedrals were built, the Vikings
discovered a verdant land they called Greenland, and there were
vineyards in England. After that, for the next 450 years from
1300 to 1750 AD, Europe experienced a progressively colder
climate. It is known as the Little Ice Age. It was
especially cold for 100 years from 1600 to 1700 AD, when there was
famine and starvation in the northern parts of Europe. In London,
the River Thames often froze in winter.

A
key part of the IPCC report is the presentation of evidence of parallel
increases in both global temperatures and levels of carbon dioxide in
the atmosphere. It is claimed by IPCC that the increased carbon
dioxide emitted by Man is causing global warming. In my paper it
is shown that the cause and effect relation is exactly the opposite;
that natural global warming has caused an increase in the level of
carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, simply because of the reduction in
solubility of carbon dioxide in sea water with increasing sea
temperatures.
6.
It
is the vast surface area of the oceans that determines the interchange
of gases between the oceans and the atmosphere. The oceans
breathe carbon dioxide and methane in and out with the seasons, and the
oceans release carbon dioxide and methane with the natural warming
caused by the Sun. If in the future there is a significant
decrease in the electromagnetic radiation from the Sun, the Earth will
cool down, and the levels of carbon dioxide and methane in the
atmosphere will then decline.
7.
IPCC
refers to a rise in sea levels over the past century as evidence of
global warming caused by Man. I show that the rise is due to the
great exploitation of non-rechargeable groundwater over the past
century which has led to a net addition to the hydrosphere, and
thereby, the oceans.
8.
Air
pollution and global warming are scientifically separate issues.
Global warming is natural and global. Atmospheric pollution is
man-made and mostly close to the sources of emission. The IPCC
have locked themselves into a scientifically untenable position by
interweaving air pollution and global warming.
9.
The
deadly pollution of dust, acid gases, and water vapour entering the
atmosphere in many cities of the world should be the focus of
action. A large number of cities are most unhealthy places, with
a lower expectation of life. The problems are not global but
local. The correction of the problems must be industry and
city-centred.
10.
Carbon
dioxide is not a pollutant, it is essential to all life. There is
no need for carbon trading or geosequestration. The concept of
carbon trading has been advocated by IPCC, and by many governments
signing the Kyoto agreement, and is being welcomed by the financial
community. But carbon trading has not arisen from the normal
operation of the market. It is the result of fears about global
warming created by IPCC and others. It thereby presents risks to
investors. If it comes to be recognised that global warming has a
natural cause, and the fears subside, the value of carbon credits will
then drop to zero, and the market in carbon trading will collapse.

"Carbon Dioxide levels are an indication of global

CO2 is very soluble in water. The largest
repository or usable CO2
(i.e. not in the form of carbonates) is the ocean(s). The concentration
of CO2 in water is inversely proportionate to the temperature, warmer
water will outgas CO2!
IF increased CO2 levels could actually
increase the temperature of the earth then the result would be a
runaway effect where the warmer oceans would release more CO2 which
would increase the temperature, which would increase the temperature,
which would continue until there was no more CO2 in the ocean(s).
The CO2-Global Warming Proponents cannot offer an
explanation of why
the current warming epoch began about 15,000 years ago. But it most
assuredly was not from the combustion of fossil fuels, nor was it from
volcanic activity. All indications of massive volcanic eruptions (which
also produce copious CO2) is that it causes global cooling.
No evidence supports CO2!"

Um den CO2-Ablasshandel wirksam zu organisieren, mussten Instrumente geschaffen
werden, wie der „Chicago Climate Exchange“. Immer mehr namhafte Unternehmen sind
darin vertreten, von Rolls Royce über Bayer, Ford bis hin zu namhaften Universi-
täten. Strong wiederum ist im Vorstand dieser privaten „Chicago Climate Exchange“.
Viele der als Umweltverschmutzer bekannten Unternehmen haben sich bereits auf den
Kohlenstoffdioxid-Handel eingelassen, auch in den Vereinigten Staaten, wo die
Kredite (Differenz zwischen zugestandener und erreichter niedrigerer Quote) an das
Chicago Climate Exchange verkauft werden.
Einige Experten haben berechnet, dass zu einem Preis von 14 $ pro Tonne Kohlenstoff
die im Rahmen des Kyoto-Protokoll ermöglichten “Emissionsrechte” einem Wert von
2345 Milliarden Dollar entsprechen, was als “größte Geldbeschaffungsmaschine durch
internationale Verträge in der Geschichte der Menschheit” bezeichnet werden kann.
Und das ist erst der Anfang, man kann jederzeit mehr Kredite schaffen. All das muss
vom Steuerzahler und Konsumenten aufgebracht werden, von niemandem sonst.
Man muss sich an dieser Stelle klarmachen, es geht keinem der führenden Beteiligten
(das manipulierte Fußvolk an der Basis natürlich ausgenommen) um wirkliche
Reduzierung von CO2.
Deutlich sichtbar ist es z.B. in Deutschland, wo man gerade plant, 26 neue
Riesen-Kohlekraftwerke, CO2-Schleudern par excellence, neu zu errichten. Es geht,
nicht nur, aber hauptsächlich, um den Handel mit CO2-Emmissionsrechten, für alle
Beteiligten eine Lizenz zum Gelddrucken auf Jahrzehnte, die alles bisherige in den
Schatten stellt. 2007 wurde als das Jahr ausgewählt, in dem die Basis dafür
zementiert wird und alle Gegenstimmen medial zum verstummen gebracht werden sollen.
Der Trommler
An dieser Stelle kommt Al Gore ins Spiel, der die Trommel wie kein anderer für die
CO2-Reduzierung schlägt. Gore-Kritiker untersuchten den Stromverbrauch im Hause
Gore und kamen dahinter, dass der CO2-Mahner 20-mal soviel Strom wie ein
durchschnittlicher US-Bürger verbraucht. Alles kein Problem, sagt Gore im Kongress,
denn er kaufe dafür CO2-Ablässe.
Gore kauft schlauerweise seine CO2-Ablässe von sich selbst, von der „Generation
Investment Management LLP“, einer „unabhängigen, privaten, durch die Eigner
gemanagten Gesellschaft, die 2004 in London and Washington, D.C., gegründet wurde”
wie es im Prospekt heißt.
Er steht dieser Gesellschaft als Vorsitzender vor und ist Gründungsmitglied. Diese
Gesellschaft ist ein Hedgefond, der den Handel mit CO2-Ablässen betreibt. Das ist
der geniale Trick: ich verbrauche soviel Energie wie ich will und kaufe von mir
selbst Ablässe. Wenn das Luther noch erleben dürfte. Kurz zusammengefasst heißt
es, dass die Wohlhabenden nicht ans Energiesparen denken müssen, da sie sich
freikaufen. Sparen müssen die Ärmeren, denn sie können die Ablässe nicht bezahlen.
Wie funktioniert der Ablasshandel ?
An dieser Stelle muss man anhand eines Beispiels aus Australien einmal einen Blick
darauf werfen, wie der moderne Ablasshandel mit CO2 funktioniert: Ein Farmer
beschloss, eine große Anzahl von Bäumen zu ersetzen, die vor 100 Jahren gefällt
wurden. Er tat es, um der Erosion vorzubeugen, den Salzgehalt des Bodens zu
reduzieren und um den Schafen Schatten zu spenden. Ein CO2-Ablasshändler kam
vorbei und erklärte ihm, dass seine Bäume aus Sicht der CO2-Bilanz 40 Austral-
Dollars pro Hektar wert seien und gab ihm ein Zertifikat für seine positive
CO2-Bilanz.
Der Händler kassierte 40 % an Vermittlungsprovision.
Er verkauft dann das CO2-Zertifikat ( wieder mit Provision ) an ein
Kohlekraftwerk weiter, dass dann zwar kein CO2-Molekül weniger ausstößt, aber
dafür wird das Bruttosozialprodukt durch den Verkauf und Kauf des Ablassbriefes
erhöht.
Der dann natürlich erhöhte Strompreis wird an den Endverbraucher weitergegeben und
der Kreislauf ist perfekt. Nur Gewinner, ein Verlierer, der aber ist das schwächste
Glied in der Kette, nämlich der Endverbraucher. Auf diese Weise entstanden in
Australien und anderswo schon riesige Monokulturen mit artfremden Pflanzen, die das
biologische Gleichgewicht durcheinander brachten und mehr ökologische Schäden
verursachten als sie nutzten. Natürlich verursacht die Pflanzung und Pflege oder
Düngung der Bäume ebenfalls CO2, denn der Farmer pflanzt nicht mithilfe eines Esels
die Bäume, sondern mit schwerem Gerät. Insofern ist der CO2-Haushalt nicht
ausgeglichen. Alles andere sind Milchmädchenrechnungen. Aber die theoretische
CO2-Bilanz ist gerettet.
Alle sind zufrieden - fast alle
Die Industrie ist mit diesem Mechanismus durchaus zufrieden, den er ermöglicht ihr
Planungssicherheit und Schutz vor unbekannten Umweltschutzforderungen, da alles
auf den harmlosen Sündenbock CO2 geschoben wird und andere wirklich gefährlichere
Stoffe nicht mehr beachtet werden. Und so sind alle zufrieden, die Medien haben
ein Horrorszenario, die Politiker einen Feind, gegen den sie sich beweisen können
und die Industrie ein Jahrhundertgeschäft. Beispielsweise werden bald alle als
CO2-Schleudern erkannten Altautos ersetzt werden müssen, da ihr Betrieb durch neue
Ökosteuern zu teuer oder sogar verboten wird.
Ein fantastisches Zwangs-Konjunkturprogramm. Die Atomindustrie sieht sich auch vor
goldenen Zeiten. Welche Zukunftsaussichten ihr vom Markt zugebilligt werden, zeigt
sich am Preisanstieg des Uran. War dieses noch Anfang 2005 für 20 US-$ pro Pfund
erhältlich, muss man jetzt über 110 US-$ dafür bezahlen, was von der Öffentlichkeit
aber kaum bemerkt wurde. Rohstoffpreise für eine auslaufende Industrie sehen anders
aus. Die Betreiber sichern sich Vorräte auf Jahre hinaus und kalkulieren dabei den
weltweiten Neubau von unzähligen Atommeilern mit ein. Der Atomausstieg wird in
Deutschland schon sehr bald in der Schublade der Geschichte verschwinden.
Nur die Steuerzahler und Verbraucher haben die Zeche eines des größten
Wissenschaftsschwindels aller Zeiten zu bezahlen. Und die wird teurer
als sich das jetzt irgendjemand überhaupt vorstellen kann.

Ihre Äußerungen zum Klimageschehen auf dem Hesselberger Kirchentag zu Pfingsten
2007 "Die Abgabe von Kohlendioxid an die Atmosphäre müsse schneller und wirksamer
eingeschränkt werden als bisher geplant" (epd) dürften nach meinen Kenntnissen
der Naturgesetze falsch sein. Die Vorstellung, der Mensch könne einen Klimawandel
verhindern, entspricht menschlicher Hybris. Technische Kohlendioxid- Emissionen
beeinflussen das Wetter nicht oder nicht wesentlich, weil sie nach Aussagen des
UBA nur etwa 1,2 Prozent der Gesamtemission betragen. Ich hoffe, daß die USA auf
dem G8-Gipfel bei ihrer vernünftigen Einstellung zum Klimathema bleiben. {Max:

Es ist sehr bedenklich, daß Sie die Desinformationen des inkompetenten Bundesum-
weltministers verbreiten. Die Auswertung von 90.000 Kohlendioxid-Messungen
zwischen 1812 und 1958 durch Ernst-Georg Beck in "Environment and Energy" zeigen,
daß 1825, 1857 und 1942 die Kohlendioxid-Gehalte der Luft höher waren als heute.
Auch wurden auf dem Hohenpeißenberg von 200 Jahren höhere Temperaturen gemessen
als heute.
Ich weise auf den BBC-Film "The Great Global Warming Swindle" hin. Ferner
möchte ich auf die Veröffentlichungen der Bundesanstalt für Geowissenschaften und
Rohstoffe verweisen sowie auf Veröffentlichungen von Fachleuten wie Professor
Gerlich, Dr. Wolfgang Thüne, Dipl.-Ing. Peter Dietze oder das Buch
"Die Angsttrompeter" von Dr. Heinz Hug. Hans Labohm veröffentlichte eine Liste
von über hundert Wissenschaftlern, die alle die Klimakatastrophen-Hypothese
ablehnen. Lesenswert ist auch der Aufsatz von Christian Bartsch "Mehr Licht im
Dunkel des Klimawandels" in der FAZ vom 27.03.07.
Bevor Sie die verfehlte Energiepolitik der Bundesregierung unterstützen, die
unserer Volkswirtschaft schwere Schäden zufügt (vom Bundeswirtschaftsministerium
auf 250 Milliarden Euro geschätzt) und die strukturelle Arbeitslosigkeit erhöht,
sollten Sie folgende Sachverhalte überdenken

* "Klima" ist definiert als Mittelwert des Wetters von 30 Jahren. Das
Klima wandelt sich immer, seitdem es Wolken gibt. Von der Witterung eines einzigen
Jahres kann man deshalb nicht auf das Klima schließen. Es gibt kein "globales"
Klima, weil es viele Klimazonen gibt.
* Das Wetter läßt sich nur für wenige Tage voraussagen. Klima-Simulationsmodelle
ermöglichen keine Prognosen, sondern nur die Abbildung von Szenarien, die auf nicht
gemessenen eingefügten Parametern beruhen.
* Die Atmosphärentemperatur wird wesentlich durch die Sonnenaktivität gesteuert.
Die Klimaerwärmung erhöht die Kohlendioxid-Konzentration der Luft, nicht umgekehrt.
* Das Kohlendioxid ist ziemlich gleichmäßig in der Atmosphäre verteilt und deshalb
kein "Treibhausgas". Nicht die Atmosphäre, sondern die Ozeane sind eine
Kohlendioxid-Senke.
* Kohlendioxid ist der wichtigste Pflanzennährstoff. Das Kohlendioxid absorbiert
nur etwa 1% der IR- Abstrahlung der Erdoberfläche. Die IR-Absorption durch Kohlen-
dioxid ist praktisch gesättigt. Die durch Kohlendioxid absorbierte IR-Energie wird
ziemlich schnell thermalisiert und auf alle Luftmoleküle verteilt. Erwärmte Luft
steigt nach oben.
* Eine vollständige Deindustrialisierung Deutschlands würde die Kohlendioxid-
Gesamtemission nur um höchstens 2 Prozent senken, was auf das Wetter keinen
Einfluß hat.
Es ist ein Ärgernis, daß Sie "Bewahrung der Schöpfung" fordern, aber verantwortlich
für die Ausstellung kirchlicher Lizenzen sind, welche die straffreie Tötung
ungeborener Kinder ermöglichen. Kinder sind die Krone der Schöpfung. Die von Ihnen
geförderte Tötung von an die tausend ungeborenen Deutschen pro Werktag trägt dazu
bei, daß Deutschland ab 2035 wahrscheinlich einen islamischen Bundeskanzler haben
wird. Dann ist es aus mit Kirchentagen auf dem Hesselberg.
Die Evangelische Kirche liebt den Dialog. Ich sende Kopien an Bürger, Politiker
und Theologen und hoffe auf eine Verbreitung dieses Schreibens in der Bevölkerung.

sie heute ist? Das ZDF-Magazin "Abenteuer Wissen" begleitet am
Mittwoch, 13. Juni 2007, 22.15 Uhr, in der Sendung "Das Sahara-Paradox:
Die Wüste wird grün" Forscher, die die Wüste zum
Sprechen bringen und neue Erkenntnisse über die Zukunft der Sahara
gewinnen. Die Spuren erzählen von einer feucht-warmen
Vergangenheit der Sahara. Die Klimaveränderungen in Afrika, so die
Indizien aus früheren Zeiten, weisen auf eine enge
Verknüpfung mit dem Klima der Nordhalbkugel hin.Was sich in Europa
entwickelt, bleibt nicht ohne Folgen für die Sahara und umgekehrt.
Das "Abenteuer Wissen"-Team ist unterwegs im "Eldorado" der
Wüstenforschung, in Libyen an der Grenze zu Algerien. Zusammen mit
Geologen und Frühgeschichtlern begibt es sich bei der Suche nach
Wasser in der Wüste auf eine abenteuerliche Reise. Von Tuareg
geführt, sucht das Expeditionsteam nach den Stellen, an denen es
heftige Überschwemmungen gegeben haben soll oder wo die
Regenfälle der vergangenen Jahre felsige Becken mit Wasser
gefüllt haben. Und dort steht die Frage im Blickpunkt: Kann, wo
heute in Trockentälern nur kümmerliches Grün gedeiht, in
naher Zukunft wieder üppiger Pflanzenwuchs entstehen?
Die Klimamodelle der Forscher prognostizieren eine globale
Erwärmung mit dramatischen Folgen. Sie sehen die Wüsten der
Welt wachsen und die Menschen vor der unwirtlichen und
lebensfeindlichen Umwelt fliehen. Doch dieses Szenario scheint für
die Sahara nicht zu stimmen. Forscher lesen in den Sedimentschichten
der Wüste wie in einem Buch und finden Hinweise darauf, dass es in
der Sahara immer dann stärkere Niederschläge gab, wenn die
Temperatur auf der Nordhalbkugel anstieg.

thank you very much for reading my E-Mail and for writing. It
appears,
that only a very few people are able to THINK and to THINK outside THE
BOX.
The great majority of mankind are fools and imitating clowns of the
stagnent education system. Already during the 19th century, so
called
scientists 'assumed' that they knew 'everything', and now, we know for
fact, that they knew absolutely NOTHING . . . just man-concocted
baloney.
Prof. Steve Weinberg from the University of Texas at Austin

wrote in the 1999 cover article of 'Scientific American' that
theoretical
physicists knew absolutely NOTHING about the Creation of the Universe,
and he hopes that mankind may find a 'Unified Theory' by the year 2050

BANKRUPT.
Well, and this heavenly clowns who 'inspired' the biblical GENESIS
knew equally NOTHING about the continuing Creation processes and the
uncountable Creations of everything that followed.

Well, if these clowns of physicists would have studied the basics in

Throughout the world, there has been much
hoopla about ?global warming?.
It is time Americans pull the plug on
this scam before trillions of dollars of wealth and
millions of jobs are destroyed.
1. Scientists at the Oregon Institute
of Science and Medicine state there is no convincing
scientific evidence that human release of carbon
dioxide, methane, or other greenhouses gases is
causing or will cause catastrophic heating of the
Earth's climate.
2. Satellite reading of temperatures in
the lower troposphere ( an area scientists predict
would immediately reflect any global warming) show
no warming since readings began reading 23 years ago.
3. Only land-based temperature stations
show a warming, does not cover the entire globe,
often is contaminated by heat from nearby urban
development, and is error-prone.
4. Climate computers models can be
?flux adjusted? that can be 25 times larger than the
effect of doubling carbon dioxide concentrations. A
science writer cites that climate modelers have
made cheating respectable.
5. America spends more on global warming
research each year than the rest of the world combined.
6. Temperatures during 800 to 1200 AD
were higher than any worst-case scenario.
7. According to British documentary "The
Great Global Warming Swindle" based on
climatologists reports' around the world, manmade
carbon dioxide emissions are only 5% of all
greenhouse gases. Volcanoes alone produce more
carbon dioxide than mankind's activities.
Yet the global warming scare,
spearheaded by globalists controlling environmental
advocacy groups, has propped up politicians such as
Al Gore as the prophets of doom. It has given
bureaucrats at all levels powers that threaten jobs
and individual liberties.
Dissent against the non-sensical global
warming hysteria comes at a hefty price. Scientists
who disagree with this alarmism has seen their
funds disappear, their work derided and themselves
labeled as industry stooges, according to MIT
professor Richard Lindzen. Nigel Calder, a
former editor of New Science stated "Governments
are trying to achieve unamity by stifling any
scientist who disagrees. Einstein could not have
funding under the present system."
A common charge leveled against those who
question the global warming is they are stooges
for big business or for Western industrialized
countries. The real truth is that the New World
Order and oil kingpins are fanning the flames
of this new craze.
The Trilateral Commission ,the Bilderberg
group, and the Council of Foreign Relations met
last month in near secrecy to formulate policy on
how best they could exploit global warming
fearmongering to ratchet up taxes and control over
how westerners live their lives. British
Petroleum and European Trilateral Commission,Peter
Sutherland, gave a speech to address 'global
warming' with a single voice.
The orchestration of this elitist plan by
super capitalists is clear. They can either afford
the new rules of a Kyoto Protocol much more
than smaller competitors, especially in smaller
countries. Also, for many nations to comply with
these numerous and selective rules, they will have
no option but to allow one of these few mammoth
multi-national firms to handle their oil industry.
The other co-conspirators, the
"internationalists" or "international
socialists", pushing the World Government agenda,
will have the means to tax and to ultimately control
all countries. Climate change is their ticket for
this and they have accomplished this by consent over
conquest.
Efforts to curb human greenhouse gas would
cost $300 billion in annual economic output and 2.4
million jobs in America. Yet the Kyoto Protocol
reduction in temperature by 2100 would be
one-quarter of one degree.
These restrictions will cripple development
by third-world nations and will significantly
increase their already all-ready high levels
of poverty, disease, and squalor. It will keep
them at a stone age.

a class action lawsuit against dozens of oil
companies,utilities, and coal producers
for causing "global warming" that caused Hurricane
Katrina that left his neighbors homeless.At least 16
other cases like this are pending in federal or
state court.(Even if this phenomenom was indeed
man-made, these legal actions are simply unreal).
Obviously the eventual sufferers will be
shareholders,consumers, vendors, and the productive
class. It will certainly not be the ruling class,
who have made "Environmental Law" one of their
specialties.
Americans have to realize that their
entire legal system is not theirs. It is just the
American branch of an international cabal. It is the
facillitator of the NWO.

Whew -- you write well, but you present a SEA of information to one desiring
a small POOL of understanding. Thanks for making it clearer to me just who
you are. I have pictured you differently than your actual identity. Now, I
feel I know you better.
There is much that we could discuss, given time. Most important, though, is
my observation that one wins over a person to his point of view only when
one places oneself on the side of the fence where the adversary stands.
Adversary in this sense does not imply enemy. The person you seek to
instruct is simply one with a different viewpoint (usually wrong).
For example let's take your comments about John 1:1. You beg rejection when
you state the writer of John 1:1 is "wrong." Let's consider this.
You and I both know that the IDEA preceeds the WORD, whether word is spoken or
written. For John to be true to his limited position as a human he could
report only the event (Creation) from the human point of view. God the
Creator is transcendent. Yes, God's "Idea" came first, but from John's
point of view, as well as from the view of Genesis 1:1 -- it is the WORD that
was "heard" (and continues to manifest itself) in Creation.
I see all the wave (frequency) oriented aspects of physics as manifestations
of that spoken Creative Word's Voice Print. To say that the Word Created,
however, you and I know to be the product of limited thinking.
Transcending above that spoken Word is the One with the Idea.

invented by a Roman Catholic monk, a so called Franciscan, who lived on
this narrow fisher island called Eng-Land ('ENG' is German and means

Die Situation an den Polen ist nicht eindeutig. Am Südpol ist es

von einer Erwärmung die Rede ist, bezieht sich dies in der Regel
auf die antarktische Halbinsel. Die macht allerdings nur zwei Prozent
der antarktischen Landmasse aus. Am Nordpol ist es hingegen
tatsächlich wärmer geworden. Allerdings überwiegend im
kanadischen Teil und in der Packeis-Region. Der Nordpol besteht aus auf
dem Wasser schwimmendem Eis, das den Meeresspiegel beim Schmelzen nicht
steigen lässt. Abschmelzende Eismassen auf den Festlandsockeln der
Antarktis oder Grönlands würden den Meerespegel aber sehr
wohl ansteigen lassen. Diese Eismassen verändern sich zwar, aber
von einem eindeutigen Trend zur Massenabnahme lässt sich nicht
sprechen.
Unbestritten ist: In den Alpen nehmen die Gletscher derzeit ab, auf
anderen Kontinenten – etwa in Neuseeland – gibt es jedoch auch
wachsende Gletscher. Auch hier ist es schwierig, eine Abgrenzung
zwischen natürlichen Zyklen und einem vom Menschen gemachten
Klimawandel als Ursache vorzunehmen. In den Schweizer Zentralalpen gab
es in den letzten 10000 Jahren acht Rückzugsphasen über den

gibt es einen gültigen Beweis dafür? Oder ist die
Klimaheilung lediglich zum Modethema der Politik geworden? Die
Gretchenfrage also lautet, ob der Mensch die Vorgänge verursacht
oder ob Naturkräfte wirken, die wissenschaftlich noch nicht

Eigentlich ist Kohlendioxid (CO2) harmlos. Jeder hat es im Atem und
schlürft es gern. Als Kohlensäure bringt dieses Gas Bier und
Mineralwasser zum Sprudeln.

Die Macht der Bilder
Um die Visionen des Schreckens aufzubauen, muss man kräftige
Bilder wählen. Das eine sind scheinbar hilflos im Wasser treibende
Eisbären, das andere ist der jetzt fast schneefreie Kilimanjaro.
Zuerst zum Kilimanjaro:
Falsche Behauptungen:
Dieser weiße Riese, wie man den Kilimanjaro (und von 1885 bis
1918 höchster Berg Deutschlands, im ehemaligen Schutzgebiet
Deutsch-Ostafrika gelegen) auch nennt, wurde zum steinernen Zeugen der
globalen, durch CO2 verursachten Erwärmung und Gletscherschmelze.
Nur leider ist seine Zeugenaussage falsch. Das Abschmelzen des
Gletschers begann bereits vor 1880, als der CO2 Gehalt durch die
beginnende Industrialisierung gerade einmal von 280 auf 290 ppmv (
Millionstel Anteil im Volumen ) angestiegen war. CO2 als Ursache kann
deshalb ausgeschlossen werden. Genau gesagt nahm die Fläche der
Gletscher von 1880 bis 1910 von 20 Quadratkilometern rapide auf
zwölf Quadratkilometer ab. Seitdem wurde die Beschleunigung des
Rückgangs trotz steigender CO2 Raten immer langsamer, bis 2004
etwa auf knapp vier Quadratkilometer. ( Kaser et al. 2004 ).
Beginn und Ausmaß der Gletscherschmelze am Kilimanjaro stehen mit
steigendem CO2-Gehalt in der Atmosphäre offensichtlich in keinem
erkennbaren Zusammenhang. Satellitenmessungen ergaben seit 1978 nur
eine minimale Erwärmung am Berg, um insgesamt etwa 0,1º
Celsius, eine irrelevante Größe. Die Gletscher scheinen
nicht mehr als ein Überbleibsel einer vergangenen kälteren
Periode zu sein. Fazit: In der Tat kein Schnee mehr am Kilimanjaro,
aber mit CO2 gibt es keinerlei bedeutsame Korrelation. Auch im 20.
Jahrhundert gab es keinen einheitlichen Temperaturanstieg bei
gleichzeitig starkem CO2-Anstieg. Bis 1940 entwickelte sich eine
Erwärmung, dann entwickelte sich plötzlich bis 1975 eine
unerwartete Kältephase. In Deutschland ist deren Beginn noch im
kollektiven Gedächtnis, da die deutsche Wehrmacht im unerwartet
strengen Winter 1941/42 ihren Feldzug gegen Russland stoppen musste.
Die Temperaturen in Grönlands Hauptstadt Nuuk/Godthåb waren
sogar in den Jahren 1920 bis 1940 höher als jetzt. (Bild 1).
Anschließend fielen die Temperaturen weltweit bis etwa 1975 ab,
obwohl die CO2-Produktion laut Theorie durch die erhöhte
Kriegsproduktion und den enormen Nachkriegsaufschwung neue Höhen
hätte erreichen müssen. (Wie im ersten Teil ausgeführt,
erwartete die Wissenschaft bis 1975 den baldigen Beginn einer neuen
Eiszeit, was von den Medien für Schreckensszenarien ausgenutzt
wurde, Hollywood drehte auch entsprechende Filme ...).
Waldabholzung und Luftfeuchtigkeit
Schmelzende Gletscher existieren nachweisbar seit weit über
hundert Jahren. Ursache ist eine Änderung der Feuchtigkeit in den
Luftströmen, die weniger Niederschläge in die
Gletschergebiete tragen und geschmolzenes Eis und Schnee wird nicht
mehr ersetzt. Dies wiederum ist die Folge einer globalen Abholzung der
Wälder, so gab es vor 200 Jahren etwa 70 Prozent mehr
Waldflächen als heute, all diese fallen somit als
Feuchtigkeitsspeicher aus. Dies verringert die Feuchte der
Luftströme, mit den bekannten Auswirkungen auf die Gletscher.
Ein anderes Beispiel: Gores Film behauptet, dass Nairobi früher
malariafrei war, und erst in den letzten Jahren durch die
Erwärmung zum Malaria-Gebiet wurde. In den Jahren 1920 bis 1940
waren jedoch Malariaausbrüche in Nairobi nichts Besonderes. Das
wieder Aufkommen der Malaria hängt weniger mit CO2 zusammen, als
mit dem übermäßigen Gebrauch des Insektengifts DDT,
gegen das die Malaria übertragenden Mücken immer resistenter
werden, da das DDT nicht zielgerichtet eingesetzt wurde.
Hintergrund – die mittelalterliche Warmzeit
Zwischen 950 und 1450 gab es eine Warmzeit, in der die Temperaturen in
Europa um bis zu 1,5º Celsius, örtlich sogar 3º Celsius
höher lagen als heute. Selbst der diesjährige ausgefallene
Winter war nichts im Vergleich zu damals, als nicht selten zu
Weihnachten bereits die Kirschbäume blühten. In jetzt eher
unwirtlichen Gebieten, wie dem Frankenwald und dem Thüringer Wald,
gibt es noch heute Flurnamen wie Weinbergweg, Weinberg etc, alles
Hinweise auf einen regen Weinanbau. Es war die Zeit, als Nationen sich
bildeten, Kultur und Handel blühten, die für die
europäische Kultur so prägenden Kathedralen, Burgen und
Schlösser entstanden – in denen die Bewohner deshalb weit weniger
froren als wir heute manchmal glauben – aus Untertanen wurden hie und
da selbstbewusste Stadt-Bürger. Grönland wäre von seinen
Entdeckern und Besiedlern, den Wikingern, wohl auch nicht deshalb
„Grünes Land“ genannt worden, wenn sie nicht grüne Wiesen und
Weiden dort vorgefunden hätten. Die Sargassosee im Atlantik hatte
vor 1.000 Jahren sogar um 1º Celsius höhere Temperaturen zu
verzeichnen als heute.
Ursache und Wirkung
CO2 verursacht die globale Erwärmung, so steht es im Bericht der
UNO und wird in Al Gores Film behauptet. Ist dies gesichert?
Keinesfalls, denn viele Wissenschaftler finden diese Darstellung weitab
von jeder nachgewiesenen Realität. So geht die Theorie der
globalen Erwärmung davon aus, dass steigende CO2-Konzentrationen
steigende Temperaturen nach sich ziehen. Gores Film zeichnet die
Temperaturkurve der letzten 650.000 Jahre nach und zeigt vier
vorhergehende Warmzeiten, geht aber am wesentlichen Punkt vorbei und
erwähnt nicht, dass jede der Warmzeiten wärmer war als heute
und das bei wesentlich niedrigeren CO2-Konzentrationen in der
Atmosphäre. Zudem gibt es eine entscheidende wichtige Erkenntnis:
Zuerst stiegen die Temperaturen, dann stieg das CO2 an, genau umgekehrt
zur CO2-Theorie. Zudem folgte der CO2-Anstieg teilweise mit einer
Verzögerung von einigen hundert Jahren. ( H. Fischer, M. Wahlen,

Der Anstieg der CO2-Konzentration folgt immer dem Anstieg der

Der Faktor Mensch
Wie relevant ist der Mensch beim Produzieren von CO2 eigentlich? Um
vieles wichtiger als er sind Vulkanausbrüche und CO2-Freisetzung
durch die Meere. Der Mensch als Hauptverursacher von CO2 ist wohl eine
der größten Mythen der an Mythen reichen
Wissenschaftsgeschichte. Vor der industriellen Revolution betrug der
Anteil von CO2 etwa 288 ppmv. Der natürliche Zuwachs seitdem lag
bei 68,5 ppmv. Und der von Menschen verursachte Zuwachs liegt bei nur
11,8 ppmv. (Angaben laut DOE, United States Department of Energy). Im
Jahre 2000 kommen wir insgesamt auf 368 ppmv.
Demzufolge stieg der CO2-Anteil in der Atmosphäre tatsächlich
an, aber der vom Menschen verursachte Anteil ist mehr als gering.
Verschiedensten Berechnungen zufolge trägt der Mensch mit nur etwa
zwei bis vier Prozent zum CO2 bei. Der größte Teil des
CO2-Anstiegs ist vom Menschen somit überhaupt nicht steuerbar.
Nehmen Stürme an Zahl und Intensität zu?
Der Wetterdienst Donnerwetter.de hat sieben übliche Thesen
bezüglich des Klimawandels einmal unter die Lupe genommen und ist
zu erstaunlichen Ergebnissen gekommen. So schreibt er beispielsweise
zur Frage der Stürme folgendes:
„Vor allem die These über die Zunahme der Stürme an Zahl und
Intensität wurde nach ‚Kyrill’ wieder einmal in allen Medien
verbreitet. Tatsächlich ist die Anzahl der Stürme und Orkane
historisch gesehen in den vergangenen Jahren sehr niedrig. Während
um 1550 pro Jahr 40 Orkane beobachtet wurden, sank die Zahl im 18.
Jahrhundert auf 20 ab. Im 19. und 20. Jahrhundert pendelte die Zahl
zwischen 10 und 20. In den letzten Jahren war es recht ruhig. Besonders
nach 1995 nahm die Zahl der Orkane deutlich ab.
Die Behauptung ist falsch!“
Entscheidend ist, dass der Mensch immer öfter in von Stürmen
und Überflutungen gefährdete Gebiete baut. Die am meisten von
der Zerstörung betroffenen Gebiete New Orleans wurden nach dem
zweiten Weltkrieg besiedelt. Frühere Generationen hätten aus
Respekt vor den Unbilden der Natur niemals dorthin gebaut. Gleiches
gilt für Florida, ein eigentlich in weiten Teilen für
menschliche Besiedlung ungeeignetes aus Sümpfen bestehendes Land.

"Der Mythos vom Klima-Treibhaus
ist eine monotheistische Religion" FRANKFURT. Heute wird weltweit Musik
für den Klimaschutz gemacht. Demgegenüber sagt der deutsche
Ökologe und Autor Edgar Gärtner, dass die Menschen den
Klimawandel nicht beeinflussen können.
In seinem jüngst erschienenen Buch "Öko-Nihilismus" (TvR
Medienverlag) schreibt Gärtner, die Klimadebatte und die
Ökosteuern seien ein "von oben verordneter Klassenkampf". Der
Direktor des Umweltforums des "Centre for New Europe", einer Denkfabrik
in Brüssel, schwimmt gegen den grünen Mainstream und
argumentiert in seinem Buch, dass der Mensch dem Klimawandel machtlos
gegenüber stehe. Dabei sei erstens gar nicht gar gesagt, dass wir
es mit einer globalen Erwärmung samt fatalen Auswirkungen zu tun
hätten. Und schon gar nicht, dass der CO2-Ausstoß dafür
verantwortlich sei.
Wasserkreislauf und Wetter
Gärtner vertritt die Auffassung, dass nicht der CO2-Kreislauf das
Wetter und damit das Klima bestimmt, sondern der Wasserkreislauf und in
diesem Zusammenhang die Einstrahlung der Sonne. 90 Prozent der
Erdoberfläche bestehe aus Wasser. Die thermische Trägheit der
Ozeane würde die Temperaturentwicklung deutlich stärker
beeinflussen als die CO2-Emissionen. "Deshalb stellt sich die Frage,
warum die Politik und die von ihr abhängigen
Großforschungseinrichtungen so zäh an den aufwändigen
und dennoch bislang wenig zuverlässigen numerischen Modellen vom
Treibhaus Erde festhalten", schreibt Gärtner. Demnach würden
die "so genannten Klimaexperten" (Gärtner) zu wenig plausible
Quellen für Temperaturveränderungen über einen langen
Zeitraum zur Verfügung haben.
Ursache und Wirkung
Mit Verve und zahlreichen Quellen geht Gärtner selbst mit
Hollywood-Filmen zum Thema Klimawandel hart ins Gericht, etwa "The Day
After Tomorrow". Ursache und Wirkung würden verwechselt.
Nicht einmal, dass die Erde tatsächlich wärmer werde, sei
derzeit mit Sicherheit zu sagen. 1998, das bisher wärmste Jahr der
vergangenen Jahrzehnte, sei jedenfalls nicht wegen der CO2-Emissionen
so warm gewesen, sondern wegen des Sturmtiefs El Nino.
155 Gt beträgt die natürliche CO2 Abgabe,
menschlich verursacht sind es etwa 8,7 Gt (lt. Wikipedia).
Also ein Verhältnis von maximal 95% zu 5%.
Und von diesen maximal 5% entfallen um 1% auf Deutschland.
Eine Reduzierung um 20% in D. senkt den Anteil auf 0,8%.
Nur an diesem kleinen Beispiel sieht man bereits, wie groß der
hysterische Hype ums goldene Kalb ist - denn nur darum geht es
schlußendlich. Den CO2 Hype hat in den Siebzigern mal die
Atom-Industrie aufgebracht. Unabhängig davon ist es aber richtig,
das endlich angefangen wird Ressourcen zu schonen und sparsam damit
umzugehen und neue (erneuerbare) Energien wirkungsvoll zum Einsatz zu
bringen. Hunderte Milliarden, die in der Förderung der
Atomindustrie versickerten, sind jedenfalls weg.
Davon hätten erneuerbare Energien gefördert werden
müssen!

Gabriel kappt nun die Solarförderung. Warum wohl?
Es geht nicht ums Klima - es geht wie immer - nur ums GELD.
Bundesaußenminister Frank-Walter Steinmeier strebt nach einem
Zeitungsbericht bis spätestens 2012 einen transatlantischen
Emissionshandel an.
Ziel sei ein "mächtiger transatlantischer Markt".
Beim längeren Nachdenken erschließt sich noch eine ganz
andere Einnahmequelle: Die Atemsteuer.
Der Mensch scheidet pro Jahr beim Ausatmen rund 350 Kilogramm CO2 aus.
Das sind am Tag etwa 1000 Gramm.
Atem-Steuer macht schon JETZT den Strom teuer!

How well founded are
the alarmist global-warming
scenarios put forward by former US Vice-President Al Gore?
At
a time when the media is awash with dire predictions about global
warming and the necessity to adopt emission targets put forward in the
Kyoto Protocol and carbon-trading, the Australian Broadcasting
Corporation (ABC) has bravely decided to screen The Great Global
Warming Swindle.
This British film rejects climate hysteria, and argues that climate
change is a naturally-occurring event, probably linked with increasing
solar radiation, not with greenhouse gases, particularly CO2.
Predictably, much of the media rounded on the ABC.
For example, the Sydney Morning Herald
thundered that "the ABC board has been accused of pressuring ABC TV to
broadcast a discredited British documentary questioning the science
behind climate change".
ABC science journalist, Robyn Williams,
publicly denounced the ABC's decision, describing it as "verging on the
irresponsible" to show a film that was "demonstrably wrong".
Curiously,
Mr Williams also stated, "We're not into censorship."
The new program contradicts the alarmist theories put forward by former
US Vice-President Al Gore, whose film, An Inconvenient Truth,
won an Oscar and an Academy Award for best documentary.
Crisis
Gore's
film, telecast last year, declared that it is now certain that
increased greenhouse gas emissions, particularly CO2, would lead to
melting ice-caps, more hurricanes, more droughts and deserts, rising
sea-levels which would make some countries uninhabitable, disastrous
food shortages, increasing numbers of heat-related deaths, widespread
species extinction, and other calamities.
But is it true? Many highly respected meteorologists and climate
scientists do not agree.
In
a recent address, Professor Bob Carter, from the Marine Geophysical
Laboratory at James Cook University of North Queensland, highlighted
the reality as opposed to the propaganda of climate change.
He
said that much of the public discussion on global warming was
underpinned by two partly self-contradictory assumptions. The first is
that there is a "consensus" of qualified scientists that dangerous
human-induced global warming is upon us; and the second is that
although there are "two sides to the debate", the dangerous-warming
side is overwhelmingly the stronger.
He said, "Both assertions
are unsustainable. The first because science is not, nor ever has been,
about consensus, but about experimental and observational data and
testable hypotheses.
"Second, regarding the number of sides to
the debate, the reality is that small parts of the immensely complex
climate system are better or less understood - depending upon the
subject - by many different groups of experts."
He added, "Some
key questions and answers that are relevant to the climate-change
debate include the following. Is there an established Theory of
Climate? Answer: no.
"Do we understand fully how climate works?
No. Is carbon dioxide demonstrated to be a dangerous atmospheric
pollutant? No. Can deterministic computer models predict future
climate? Another no.
"Is there a consensus amongst qualified
scientists that dangerous, human-caused climate change is upon us?
Absolutely not. Did late 20th-century temperature rise at a dangerous
rate, or to a dangerous level? No, in either case.
"Is global
temperature currently rising? Surprisingly, no. And finally, is the
IPCC [the International Panel on Climate Change] a scientific or a
political advisory body? Answer: it is both."
Despite this, much
of the media, together with outgoing UK Prime Minister Tony Blair, Al
Gore, British economist Nicholas Stern and others without scientific
credentials, have attempted to close off discussion by asserting that
the debate is over.
Professor Carter said, "Human-caused global warming has become the
environmental cause célèbre
of the early 21st century. The strong-warming alarmist camp currently
includes the United Nations, most Western governments, most of the free
press, many large corporations (including Enron, before it failed), the
major churches, most scientific organisations and a large portion of
general public opinion.
"This phalanx of support
notwithstanding, there is no scientific consensus as to the danger of
human-induced climate change. There is, therefore, a strong conflict
between the level of public alarm and its scientific justification. How
can this be?"
He added, "In a democracy, the media serve to
convey to the public the facts and hypotheses of climate change as
provided by individual scientists, governmental and international
research agencies, and NGO and other lobby groups.
"In general,
the media have promulgated an alarmist cause for climate change; they
have certainly failed to convey the degree of uncertainty that is
characteristic of climate science, or a balanced summary of the many
essential facts that are relevant to human causation."

Catherine Brahic berichtet im NewScientist am 11. Juli 2007, daß direkte Messungen
der Sonnenstrahlungsaktivität per Satellitenapparaturen zeigen, daß diese über
die letzten 25 Jahre konstant abgenommen hat. Dies entkräftet die Argumente vieler,
welche die Erwärmung der Atmosphäre auf erhöhte Sonnenaktivität zurückführen. Mike
Lockwood, (Rutherford Appleton Laboratory - Science and Technology Facilities Council/
UK) und Claus Fröhlich vom World Radiation Center in der Schweiz demonstrieren mit
"harten Daten", daß sich zwischen 1985 und 1987 all jene solaren Prozesse welche eine
Erwärmung auf der Erde erwirken könnten drastisch verringert haben. Damit scheiden
sie als möglicher Grund für jene Erwärmung der Erdatmosphäre aus die wir sinnesmäßig
wahrnehmen.

wissenschaftlicher Arbeit gegeben, die diesen Namen - im
Gegensatz zu den gebetsmühlenartig widerholten Mantras des
IPCC - auch verdient. Der Film ist hier mit deutschen
Untertiteln zu sehen.
Es handelt sich hier nicht um die Umweltverschmutzung und
der Ruinierung unseres Planeten, gegen die wir alle sind,
sondern um die Einführung des größten Schwindels aller
Zeiten, den Emissionshandel.
Die Umweltverschmutzung kann ruhig weiter gehen, solange der
Rubel rollt.

Egal ob Klima-Cent oder nicht: Die Regierung wird dem Bürger noch einige Kosten
aufbürden

Das Öko-Diktat der Bundesregierung kommt die Bürger teuer. Soviel steht fest. Auch
wenn die Beteiligten, allen voran Umweltminister Sigmar Gabriel, noch darüber grübeln,
wie sich die Kosten der international ehrgeizigsten Klimastrategie am besten verstecken
lassen, und fleißig alles dementieren, was zur Unzeit an die Öffentlichkeit dringt.
Doch irgendwann ist der Schleiertanz zu Ende. Ob die Mehrbelastungen dann in einem
„Klima-Cent“ versteckt werden, ob Strom-, Mineralöl- und Kraftfahrzeugsteuer steigen
oder ob man die Hauseigentümer zu allerlei Vorkehrungen zwingt, deren Kosten dann
schlicht und ergreifend auf die Mieter überwälzt werden, ist letztlich gleichgültig.
Für den Weltmeistertitel im Klimaschutz ist der Kanzlerin nichts zu teuer, auch
wenn sich das Klima davon nicht beeindrucken lassen wird.
Die Koalition will nicht umschichten
Der von der großen Koalition finanziell schwer gepresste Bürger wird bald noch einmal
drauflegen. Auf die Idee, für den Klimaschutz Ausgaben umzuschichten, also an anderer
Stelle im Haushalt entsprechende Abstriche zu machen, ist die Regierung bisher nicht
gekommen.
Während der Bundesumweltminister die Klimainstrumente ausweitet, baut der Bundesarbeitsminister
den staatlich geförderten dritten Arbeitsmarkt auf, die Familienministerin verteilt
die Krippenmilliarden. Alles geht, lautet das Motto von Schwarz und Rot. Und: Gewählt
ist gewählt.

mündige Bürger fragen sich, wie eine promovierte Physikerin
mit einem Umweltminister
zusammenarbeiten kann, der die Naturgesetze nicht kennt. Hierzu
Beispiele:
- Wie kann man kohlendioxidfreie Kohlekraftwerke bauen?
- Wie kann man Kernenergie durch Windenergie ersetzen, wenn kein Wind
weht?
- Wieso ist die Erde ein Treibhaus, obwohl sie kein Dach hat?
- Der Anteil der technischen Kohlendioxidemission an der Gesamtemission
beträgt 1 Prozent. Wie will
man die Kohlendioxidemission um 40 Prozent senken?
- Die Infrarot-Absorption durch Kohlendioxid ist wenige hundert Meter
über der Erdoberfläche
praktisch gesättigt. Wie soll die technische Kohlendioxidemission
eine zusätzliche Erwärmung der
Luft bewirken?
- Die Klimapaläontologie zeigt, daß der Kohlendioxidgehalt
der Luft von der Lufttemperatur abhängt.
Warum soll das heutzutage umgekehrt sein?
Ferner ist zu fragen, weshalb die Bundesregierung mit großem
propagandistischen Aufwand in der
Bevölkerung eine massenneurotische Klimaphobie hervorgerufen hat.
Die Rettung der Welt kann das
Motiv nicht sein, sonst hätte sich das Parlament um die
Welternährungssituation gekümmert. Die
Antwort findet man bereits bei Oswald Spengler, denn Weimar und Berlin
liegen nicht weit
auseinander:
"Die privaten Mächte der
Wirtschaft wollen freie Bahn für ihre Eroberung
großer Vermögen. Keine Gesetzgebung soll ihnen im
Wege stehen. Sie wollen die Gesetze machen, in ihrem Interesse, und sie
bedienen sich dazu eines selbstgeschaffenen Werkzeugs, der Demokratie,
der bezahlten Partei." (Untergang des Abendlandes, Seite 1193)
Hinter der Klimakatastrophen-These stehen massive wirtschaftliche Interessen bestimmter Gruppen. Ich

ABC hatchet job fails to suppress global warming
truth
"Four hundred years ago, Johannes Kepler, the man who
discovered universal gravity, actually refuted the method of the IPCC
report, of statistical analysis, as being like Plato’s Cave, of seeing
the shadows on the wall … as being reality. But these guys are just
looking at the statistics of what they are empirically seeing, that’s
‘true’ for them. Now Johannes Kepler actually proved that the previous
models before him were incorrect, method-wise. Method is very
important—that’s the crux of it."
When LaRouche Youth Movement member Lucas Duncan
intervened in the studio audience discussion following the ABC
broadcast of the Great Global Warming Swindle, he went to the heart of
the scientific debate. Minutes earlier, marine geologist Bob Carter’s
assertion that 1998 was the "hottest year on record", and the earth had
since cooled, was howled down by IPCC mouthpiece Prof. David Karoly,
who insisted that a statistical analysis using averages showed the
earth had warmed. The average of the three years 2006, 2005 and 2004
was warmer than the average of the three years 1997, 1998 and 1999, and
a linear projection between those averages showed global warming, he
said (see graph 1). Carter’s use of physical
measurements shows the earth has cooled since 1998; Karoly’s
statistical averages shows warming. The difference, is method. Kepler
proved statistical averages are flawed, and a fraud. The standard solar
systems models prior to Kepler—those of Ptolemy, Copernicus and Tycho
Brahe—all had planets orbiting in perfect circles, despite the observed
contradiction that the planets sped up, and slowed down (perfect
circles would have caused uniform motion). The contradiction was
dismissed, by each model using an average of the planets time and speed
(called mean time). Kepler rejected the use of average time, and
insisted on taking the actual observed measurements, and in doing so,
made the most profound discoveries in astronomy: that the planetary
orbits were elliptical, and swept out equal areas in equal times. The
rest is scientific history.

The ABC’s host Tony Jones called this a "slightly
obscure point to be making" and didn’t give the "scientists" on the
panel the opportunity to answer. But by that time, it was just another
example of the sheer bias in the ABC’s handling of the broadcast.
The ABC crafted the "expert" panel to create a
predictable effect. Out of the eight panelists, Bob Carter was the only
scientist supporting Durkin's general hypothesis. Professor Carter
recently reported at a Lavoisier Group meeting, that the ABC invited
and disinvited him several times and at that time he still didn't know
whether he'd be on the panel. He had never experienced this type of
behaviour in his entire academic career.
Tony Jones ridiculed Martin Durkin’s failure to identify
Fred Singer’s period as head of the US National Satellite Weather
Service as the early 1960s, but the ABC had told William Kininmonth,
the head of the Australian Bureau of Meteorology's National Climate
Centre (for twelve years until 1998) and a former Australian delegate
to the World Meteorological Organization Commission for Climatology,
that he was not required on the expert panel, despite the fact that he
said he would be available. Why would the ABC prefer to feature Mont
Pelerinite Ray Evans and former punk rock band member, Michael Duffy
over Kininmonth? The ABC also knowingly picked Robyn Williams for his
howling protests against Durkin's film going to air. However, Williams
was quite happy having genocidalist, Dr John Reid on his Ockham's Razor
program last year. Dr Reid said a "humane way to reduce the population
might be to put something in the water, a virus that would be specific
to the human reproductive system and would make a substantial
proportion of the population infertile." Dr Reid made numerous hideous
statements on population control without a whimper of protest from
Williams. At the end Williams merely said, "Some startling suggestions
there from John Reid..."
Most of the so-called errors that Martin Durkin made,
were not errors at all and any honest scientist will tell you, in most
part the criticism of Durkin's charts was baseless and even fraudulent.
The 1990 IPCC report showed temperatures were clearly higher during the
Medieval period. This was too inconvenient for the global warmers, so
since 2001 the IPCC has attempted to rewrite history, by using what is
known as the hockey stick graph. (see graph 2) The hockey stick is a proven
fraud and the computer program used to generate it, produced hockey
sticks from just about any set of data! This is the "up-to-date graph"
Durkin didn’t use.
If the ABC had integrity, it would now subject Al Gore’s
movie to similar scrutiny, and a similar debate. That probably won’t
happen, but the widespread recognition of the bias in the broadcast
means that many Australians know that what they were exposed to
contains truths, despite the efforts to discredit it.

Ihre Bemühungen um einen ideologiefreien Schulunterricht sind sehr zu begrüßen und
verdienen jede Unterstützung. Wir wissen, welch ungeheuren Schaden Ideologien in den Köpfen junger
Menschen hervorgerufen haben.
Zu den bedeutendsten Philosophen der Gegenwart dürften Karl Popper und Hans Albert
gehören. Beide haben wesentliche Beiträge zu erkenntnistheoretischen Fragen geleistet. Eine wesentliche
Aussage ist, daß wissenschaftliche Theorien stets prinzipiell falsifizierbar bleiben müssen
und niemals verabsolutiert werden dürfen.
Bedauerlicherweise wird von einigen Anhängern der Evolutionstheorie dieselbe verabsolutiert.
Schlichtweg verdrängt wird, daß die Evolutionstheorie auf Stützhypothesen beruht,
die experimentell nicht belegbar oder sogar widerlegbar sind. Als Beispiel sei erwähnt, daß in der
sogenannten "Ursuppe" keine Biopolymeren entstehen konnten, weil im wässrigen Medium
das chemische Gleichgewicht für Polykondensationen auf der Seite der Monomeren liegt.
Hingewiesen sei auch darauf, daß die Organismen komplizierte Repair-Mechanismen
enthalten, um durch Mutationen entstandene Schäden zu beseitigen. Mutationen sind lebensgefährlich,
daher die verbreitete Radiophobie.
Im Stuttgarter Gustav Fischer Verlag erschien das Hochschullehrbuch "Allgemeine
Biologie". Pierre Grassé, Direktor des Instituts für Evolutionsforschung der Universität Paris, verfaßte
Band 5 "Evolution". Ein ganzes Kapitel widmet er "Einigen ungeklärten Evolutionsproblemen"
wie "Zufall und Nützlichkeit in der Evolution", "Die Entstehung der komplexen Organe",
"Die Koaptationen", "Erbliche Akkomodate und Phänokopien", Mit den Bedürfnissen synchronisierte Mechanismen".
Bruno Vollmert, Ordinarius für Makromolekulare Chemie der Universität Karlsruhe,
schrieb in seinem Buch "Das Makromolekül DNS": "Mutationen, die eine durch Selektion
erfaßbare vorteilhafte Veränderung des Eigenschaftsbildes zur Folge haben und schließlich zur Entstehung
neuer Arten, Gattungen, Familien, Ordnungen und Stämme führen, gibt es nicht und hat es nie gegeben."
Pierre Grassé: "Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, daß die Vererbungslehre Auskunft
über die Erhaltung und Weitergabe der Merkmale und über einige ihrer Veränderungen gibt, aber sie erklärt
nicht das Auftreten wirklich neuer Merkmale, die die Folge einer Schöpfung sind." "Schöpfung"
ist also ein salonfähiger Ausdruck in Biologenkreisen. Die Biologielehrer sollten in dieser Hinsicht
ihre Berührungsängste überwinden.
Bitte, lassen Sie sich nicht beunruhigen durch die Halbbildung einiger Medienredakteure.
Beispielsweise ist die gestrige Behauptung des ZDF, Kohlendioxid sei ein "Klimakiller"
intellektuell nicht mehr unterbietbar.

Parliamentary report devastates 'Global
Warming' scam
The Australian Federal Parliament's Standing
Committee on Science and Innovation recently completed a report
entitled Between a Rock and a Hard Place,
on the subject of "Geosequestration of Carbon Dioxide". However, four
members of that committee have issued a "Dissenting Report" which
devastates the Committee's major premise — that mankind causes global
warming.
The dissenting MPs are former CSIRO
scientist Dr. Dennis
Jensen, Hon Jackie Kelly, Hon Danna Vale and Mr. David Tollner. Their
report was compiled with the assistance of a number of leading
scientists, including climate scientist Dr. John Christy, former lead
author of the IPCC. It is a must read for anyone concerned with the
subject.
They state at the very outset that, "We
disagree with the
report's unequivocal support for the hypothesis that global warming is
caused by man—so-called anthropogenic global warming (AGW). We are
concerned that the Committee's report strays well outside its terms of
reference. In fact, the committee did not take any evidence relating to
anthropogenic global warming."
Some of the chief points of their refutation
include:
Global warming is observed on other
planets or moons,
including Mars, Jupiter, Triton, Pluto, Neptune and others. Did man
cause this?
That the so-called "overwhelming
consensus" embodied
in the IPCC report has nothing to do with science, nor does such a
consensus even exist. It is in fact drawn from its "Summary for
Policymakers" which was written by politicians, not by scientists, and
its supposed "90% certainty" is backed up by nothing in the report, but
is merely a "consensus opinion arrived at by IPCC bureaucrats"; and, in
any case, so-called "democratic consensus" is entirely opposed to
scientific method. "Consensus", for instance, once held that the earth
was at the centre of the universe, and that it was flat.
That the "Stern Review" upon which the
Committee
based its majority report, was drafted by a man who "acknowledges that
he had zero understanding of the issue less than one year before the
Stern Review … It is staggering that someone with essentially no
scientific knowledge on greenhouse effect, within less than one year,
had acquired the scientific knowledge to state that the 'scientific
evidence is now overwhelming'."
"Indeed, if one paragraph clearly
illustrates the
one sided nature of this report," the dissenters say, "it is paragraph
5.59. Here, we have a captain of industry (Rupert Murdoch), who, by his
own admission is not a scientist, quoted regarding his view on
anthropogenic global warming and the need to take action", citing
Murdoch's claims that "climate change poses clear catastrophic
threats."

Earth's Tropics Belt Expands

WASHINGTON
- Earth's tropical belt seems to have expanded a couple hundred miles
over the past quarter century, which could mean more arid weather for
some already dry subtropical regions, new climate research shows.
Geographically, the tropical region is a wide swath around Earth's
middle stretching from the Tropic of Cancer, just south of Miami, to
the Tropic of Capricorn, which cuts Australia almost in half. It's
about one-quarter of the globe and generally thought of as hot, steamy
and damp, but it also has areas of brutal desert.
To meteorologists, however, the tropics region is defined by long-term
climate and what's happening in the atmosphere. Recent studies show
changes that indicate an expansion of the tropical atmosphere.
The newest study, published Sunday in the new scientific journal
Nature Geoscience, shows that by using the weather definition, the
tropics are expanding toward Earth's poles more than predicted. And
that means more dry weather is moving to the edges of the tropics in
places like the U.S. Southwest.
Independent teams using four different meteorological measurements
found that the tropical atmospheric belt has grown by anywhere between
2 and 4.8 degrees latitude since 1979. That translates to a total north
and south expansion of 140 to 330 miles.
One key determination of the tropical belt is called the Hadley
circulation, which is essentially prevailing rivers of wind that move
vertically as well as horizontally, carrying lots of moisture to rainy
areas while drying out arid regions on the edges of the tropics. That
wind is circulating over a larger area than a couple decades ago.
But that's not the only type of change meteorologists have found
that shows an expansion of the tropics. They've seen more tropical
conditions by measuring the amount of ozone in the atmosphere,
measuring the depth of the lower atmosphere, and the level of dryness
in the atmosphere at the edges of the tropics.
Climate scientists have long predicted a growing tropical belt
toward the end of the 21st century because of man-made global warming.
But what has happened in the past quarter century is larger and more
puzzling than initially predicted, said Dian Seidel, a research
meteorologist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
lab in Silver Spring, Md. She is the author of the newest study.
"They are big changes," she said. "It's a little puzzling."
She said this expansion may only be temporary, but there's no way of knowing yet.
Seidel said she has not determined the cause of this tropical belt
widening. While a leading suspect is global warming, other suspects
include depletion in the ozone layer and changes in El Nino, the
periodic weather phenomenon in the Pacific Ocean.
Other climate scientists are split on the meaning of the research
because it shows such a dramatic change - beyond climate model
predictions. Some scientists, such as Richard Seager at Columbia
University's Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, say changes in El Nino
since the 1970s probably are a big factor and could make it hard to
conclude there's a dramatic expansion of the tropical belt.
But climate scientists Andrew Weaver of the University of Victoria and
Richard Somerville of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography said
Seidel's work makes sense and that computer models have consistently
been underestimating the ill effects of global warming.
"Every time you look at what the world is doing it's always far more dramatic than what climate models predict," Weaver said.
Both Weaver and Seidel said the big concern is that dry areas on the
edge of the tropics - such as the U.S. Southwest, parts of the
Mediterranean and southern Australia - could get drier because of this.
"You're not expanding the tropical jungles, what you're expanding is the area of desertification," Weaver said.

Ominous Arctic Melt Worries Experts

WASHINGTON
- An already relentless melting of the Arctic greatly accelerated this
summer, a warning sign that some scientists worry could mean global
warming has passed an ominous tipping point. One even speculated that
summer sea ice would be gone in five years.
Greenland's ice sheet melted nearly 19 billion tons more than the
previous high mark, and the volume of Arctic sea ice at summer's end
was half what it was just four years earlier, according to new NASA
satellite data obtained by The Associated Press.
"The Arctic is screaming," said Mark Serreze, senior scientist at the government's snow and ice data center in Boulder, Colo.
Just last year, two top scientists surprised their colleagues by
projecting that the Arctic sea ice was melting so rapidly that it could
disappear entirely by the summer of 2040.
This week, after reviewing his own new data, NASA climate scientist
Jay Zwally said: "At this rate, the Arctic Ocean could be nearly
ice-free at the end of summer by 2012, much faster than previous
predictions."
So scientists in recent days have been asking themselves these
questions: Was the record melt seen all over the Arctic in 2007 a blip
amid relentless and steady warming? Or has everything sped up to a new
climate cycle that goes beyond the worst case scenarios presented by
computer models?
"The Arctic is often cited as the canary in the coal mine for
climate warming," said Zwally, who as a teenager hauled coal. "Now as a
sign of climate warming, the canary has died. It is time to start
getting out of the coal mines."
It is the burning of coal, oil and other fossil fuels that produces
carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, responsible for man-made
global warming. For the past several days, government diplomats have
been debating in Bali, Indonesia, the outlines of a new climate treaty
calling for tougher limits on these gases.
What happens in the Arctic has implications for the rest of the
world. Faster melting there means eventual sea level rise and more
immediate changes in winter weather because of less sea ice.
In the United States, a weakened Arctic blast moving south to
collide with moist air from the Gulf of Mexico can mean less rain and
snow in some areas, including the drought-stricken Southeast, said
Michael MacCracken, a former federal climate scientist who now heads
the nonprofit Climate Institute. Some regions, like Colorado, would
likely get extra rain or snow.
More than 18 scientists told The AP that they were surprised by the level of ice melt this year.
"I don't pay much attention to one year ... but this year the change
is so big, particularly in the Arctic sea ice, that you've got to stop
and say, 'What is going on here?' You can't look away from what's
happening here," said Waleed Abdalati, NASA's chief of cyrospheric
sciences. "This is going to be a watershed year."
2007 shattered records for Arctic melt in the following ways:
- 552 billion tons of ice melted this summer from the Greenland ice
sheet, according to preliminary satellite data to be released by NASA
Wednesday. That's 15 percent more than the annual average summer melt,
beating 2005's record.
- A record amount of surface ice was lost over Greenland this year,
12 percent more than the previous worst year, 2005, according to data
the University of Colorado released Monday. That's nearly quadruple the
amount that melted just 15 years ago. It's an amount of water that
could cover Washington, D.C., a half-mile deep, researchers calculated.
- The surface area of summer sea ice floating in the Arctic Ocean
this summer was nearly 23 percent below the previous record. The
dwindling sea ice already has affected wildlife, with 6,000 walruses
coming ashore in northwest Alaska in October for the first time in
recorded history. Another first: the Northwest Passage was open to
navigation.
- Still to be released is NASA data showing the remaining Arctic sea
ice to be unusually thin, another record. That makes it more likely to
melt in future summers. Combining the shrinking area covered by sea ice
with the new thinness of the remaining ice, scientists calculate that
the overall volume of ice is half of 2004's total.
- Alaska's frozen permafrost is warming, not quite thawing yet. But
temperature measurements 66 feet deep in the frozen soil rose nearly
four-tenths of a degree from 2006 to 2007, according to measurements
from the University of Alaska. While that may not sound like much,
"it's very significant," said University of Alaska professor Vladimir
Romanovsky.
Greenland, in particular, is a significant bellwether. Most of its
surface is covered by ice. If it completely melted - something key
scientists think would likely take centuries, not decades - it could
add more than 22 feet to the world's sea level.
However, for nearly the past 30 years, the data pattern of its ice
sheet melt has zigzagged. A bad year, like 2005, would be followed by a
couple of lesser years.
According to that pattern, 2007 shouldn't have been a major melt
year, but it was, said Konrad Steffen, of the University of Colorado,
which gathered the latest data.
"I'm quite concerned," he said. "Now I look at 2008. Will it be even warmer than the past year?"
Other new data, from a NASA satellite, measures ice volume. NASA
geophysicist Scott Luthcke, reviewing it and other Greenland numbers,
concluded: "We are quite likely entering a new regime."
Melting of sea ice and Greenland's ice sheets also alarms scientists because they become part of a troubling spiral.
White sea ice reflects about 80 percent of the sun's heat off Earth,
NASA's Zwally said. When there is no sea ice, about 90 percent of the
heat goes into the ocean which then warms everything else up. Warmer
oceans then lead to more melting.
"That feedback is the key to why the models predict that the Arctic
warming is going to be faster," Zwally said. "It's getting even worse
than the models predicted."
NASA scientist James Hansen, the lone-wolf researcher often called
the godfather of global warming, on Thursday will tell scientists and
others at a meeting of researchers in San Francisco that in some ways
Earth has hit one of his so-called tipping points, based on Greenland
melt data.
"We have passed that and some other tipping points in the way that I
will define them," Hansen said in an e-mail. "We have not passed a
point of no return. We can still roll things back in time - but it is
going to require a quick turn in direction."
Last
year, Cecilia Bitz at the University of Washington and Marika Holland
at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Colorado startled
their colleagues when they predicted an Arctic free of sea ice in just
a few decades. Both say they are surprised by the dramatic melt of 2007.
Bitz, unlike others at NASA, believes that "next year we'll be back
to normal, but we'll be seeing big anomalies again, occurring more
frequently in the future." And that normal, she said, is still a
"relentless decline" in ice.

Grönland. Sie will die Gläubigen in ihrem Glauben

Goddard Institute in New York mußte das gleich wieder
zurechtbügeln. Die
Temperaturkorrektur bezöge sich nur auf die USA, die
Klimakatastrophe
beträfe die ganze Welt und deren Temperaturen blieben davon
unberührt.
"In der Vergangenheit haben die Heiden aus Verzweiflung Tiere und sogar
Menschen geopfert, um die unberechenbaren und grausamen
Wettergötter zu
besänftigen, heute verlangen sie die Reduktion der CO2-Emissionen"

Kardinal George Pell, Erzbischof von Sydney 2006. Der Disput war
längst zum
Glaubensstreit geworden.

Zweifel sind
in der Wissenschaft, in der sich die Wahrheit durch Experimente und
Beobachtungen aber nicht durch Zustimmung oder Offenbarung beweisen
lassen
muß, vollkommen angebracht. Was die globale Erwärmung
betrifft, da werden
Abweichler wie Häretiker als Anhänger eines bösartigen
Glaubens die man
verachten, meiden oder zum Schweigen bringen müsse. Die Frage der
globalen
Erwärmung ist längst nicht geklärt. Diejenigen, welche
sich gegen den
"Konsens der Wissenschaftler" wehren, als Verräter, Speichellecker
oder als
Feinde der Menschheit zu beschimpfen mag emotional befriedigend und
sogar
Karriere fördernd sein. Es ist nicht zu verteidigen und
überaus
vergewaltigend." schrieb Jeff Jacoby im Boston Globe am 15. August und
tags
darauf in der IHT. Im eigentlichen Sinne vergewaltigt werden aber nicht
die
Kritiker, sondern das nachplappernde Volk, das zur Kasse gebeten werden
soll.
Jacoby bezog sich auf Robert F. Kennedy Jr., der im letzten Monat beim
Live
Earth Konzert in New Jersey agitiert hatte und dabei Skeptiker der
Klimahypothese als "Speichellecker der Industrie", "schändliche
Feinde
Amerikas und der menschlichen Rasse" bezeichnet hatte. Was die machen
"ist
Verrat" brülle er in die Menge "und wir müssen sie ab jetzt
auch als
Verräter behandeln". Etwa steinigen? "Wissenschaftler die dem
Klima-Alarmismus nicht zustimmen, mußten erleben, wie ihre
Finanzierung
versiegte, ihre Arbeit lächerlich gemacht und sie selbst als
Handlanger der
Industrie beschimpft wurden" behauptete der bekannte Klimatologie Prof.
R.
Lindzen vom M.I.T. am 7.8.2007 nicht ohne Grund.
"Heute wird der ‚peer reviewed' (von Kollegen bewertete) Prozeß
der
Finanzierung und Anerkennung der wissenschaftlichen Forschung im
Bereich der
Klimatologie durch eine moderne Entsprechung des Collegium Romanum
(Glaubensgericht im Vatikan) kontrolliert, vom Intergovernment Panel on
Climate Change (IPCC). Es entspricht der Inquisition. Doch können
die grünen
Ideologen dankenswerter Weise nur durch Lächerlich machen
quälen und
dadurch, daß sie den Häretikern die Forschungsgelder
streichen, aber nicht
mehr durch schreckliche Folterinstrumente" Deepak Lal, in Business
Standard,
15.8.2007. Sie sehen, es rührt sich Widerstand.
"In der Debatte sollten sich Journalisten der Versuchung enthalten, die
Klimaerwärmung zu einer moralischen Geschichte zu machen (wie es
Newsweek in
der letzten Ausgabe getan hatte), in der dann jeder, der ihre
Ausmaße oder
die vorgeschlagenen Lösungsvorschläge in Frage stellt, als
Spinner, Depp
oder als von der Industrie bezahlt lächerlich gemacht wird.
Abweichende
Meinungen sind, oder sollten das Blut einer Gesellschaft sein" meinte
Robert
J. Samuelson, einer der Herausgeber von Newsweek selbstkritisch in
Washington Post vom 15. August 2007.
Es geht bei der Klimadebatte nicht um wissenschaftliche Fragen, nicht um
eine drohende Erderwärmung oder kommende Eiszeit, über die
Newsweek noch
1975 ebenso überzeugt wie überzeugend geschrieben hatte, wie
heute über das
Gegenteil. Es geht um die durch den Klimawechsel zu rechtfertigende
(Klima)Politik der Wohlstandsdrosselung zu Gunsten der notleidenden
Finanzwirtschaft.
William Nordhaus, Wirtschaftsprofessor an der US-Eliteuniversität
Yale und
am meisten gefeierter Klima-Ökonom, legt gerade eine neue Studie
vor: The
Challenge of Global Warming: Economic Models and Environmental Policy.
In
ihr kalkuliert er die bisher heruntergespielten Kosten der verschiedenen
CO2-Vermeidungsstrategien und fand dabei heraus. Die Vorschläge
des kürzlich
von der EU so hochgelobten Stern-Berichts ("On the Economics of Climate
Change") zur drastischen Senkung der CO2-Emissionen sollen durch
behauptete
Folgekosten der angedrohten Klimaerwärmung von 13 Billionen Dollar
vermeiden
lassen. Aber die von ihm vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen verursachen
selbst
ungenannte Kosten von 27 Billionen Dollar. Hat Lord Stern das
übersehen?
Noch besser trifft es der Finanzspekulant und ehemalige Demokratische
Vizepräsident Al Gore. Sein DICE-2007 Programm würde
eventuelle Folgekosten
von 12 Billionen (trillion) Dollar vermeiden, aber 34 Billionen Kosten

Nun wird nicht alles so heiß gegessen wie gekocht. Aber warum wird
dergleichen Unsinn überhaupt gekocht? Die fachmännisch
hingelegte Finanz-
und Wirtschaftsmisere ruft nach Wegerklärung! Mit einer angeblichen
Vermeidung der Klimakatastrophe ließe sich so etwas
zurechtbügeln. Nehmen
wir die jüngste Entwicklung nach den "cracks" von 1987 und 1998.
US-Präsident Bush hatte zur "Belebung der Wirtschaft" 2001 die
Steuern für
die Reichen deutlich gesenkt. Sie sollten Geld zum Investieren haben.
Doch
von Belebung keine Spur. Die Leute kauften im Ausland. Die Federal
Reserve
Bank senkte zum gleichen Zweck die Zinsen mit dem gleichen Effekt. Die
Banken schwammen im Geld, das gewinnbringend angelegt werden sollte.
Aber
wo? In der produzierenden Wirtschaftlich tat sich wenig, nur die
Konsumenten
bekamen leichter Kredit, um bei einbrechenden Verdiensten ihren
gewohnten
Konsum aufrechtzuerhalten. Das lief so in den USA, bei uns half da nur
Zwangskonsum als "Klimaschutz". Damit konnte "die Wirtschaft" weiter vor
sich hin torkeln. Die Experten dachten: reicht noch nicht, mehr davon!
Die
FED Zinsen sanken bis auf 1%, die Kreditstandards wurden gesenkt, die
Kreditvergabe erleichtert und nochmals erleichtert. Den Konsumenten
wurden
Kredite durch befristetes Aussetzen der Zinszahlung geradezu
aufgedrängt,
denn das in Banken herumliegende Geld sollte gewinnbringend "arbeiten".
Immer mehr Menschen mußten in der Hoffnung auf eine baldige
Wirtschaftswende
mit höheren Verdiensten ihren Lebensunterhalt vorfinanzieren und
verpfändeten so ihr und "der Oma ihr klein Häuschen".
Der Großteil des Geldes der steuerbegünstigten Reichen und
US-Großkreditnehmer floß aber ins Ausland und kaufte dort
im Namen der
Freiheit alles, was einigermaßen nach Gewinn roch. Das Ausland
schaffte das
Geld durch den Kauf von US-Wertpapieren zurück. Auf diese Weise
und zu
Lasten des verachteten Auslands ließ sich das seit den achtziger
Jahren
ständig wachsende Außenhandelsdefizit der USA finanzieren.
Schließlich
gerieten die Konsumenten zu Hause an ihre Verschuldungsgrenze. Sie
mußten
sich einschränken, blieben die Hypothekenzinsen schuldig und
verloren
planmäßig ihr Häuschen an die Finanzwirtschaft.
Allmählich versiegte nun auch der Geldrückfluß aus dem
Ausland. Hatten sich
im Mai 2007 noch US-Anleihen im Wert von 68,6 Mrd. US-Dollar ans Ausland
verkaufen lassen, waren es im Juni nur noch 22,2. Der Verkauf von
US-Staatpapieren ging im gleichen Zeitraum von 107,3 auf 58,8 Mrd.
zurück
und zwar noch vor der so genannten Hypothekenkrise.
An sich brauchte so etwas Banken, die sich ihr Geld selbst drucken,
nicht zu
kümmern, hätte man nicht zaghafte Versuche unternommen, mehr
Ordnung ins
Gelddrucken zu bringen. Nach Basel I konnten Banken legal aus acht
hinterlegten Dollar 100 Dollar Kredit erzeugen und gewinnträchtig
anlegen.
Mit Basel II wurde das sogar noch günstiger, jetzt genügten
ihnen dazu vier
US-Dollar plus 4% andere Sicherheiten, also irgendwelche Wertpapiere.
Welche Papiere sich zu welchem Grad als Sicherheiten eignen,
entschieden so
genannte "private" Rating-Firmen wie Moodys oder Standard & Poor's
durch ihr
Rating. Ein geringeres Rating führte zu höheren
Hinterlegungssätzen. Alles
was nach Grund und Boden roch, wie Hypotheken, wurde hoch bewertet,
auch die
sogenannten Subprime-Hypotheken (drittrangige Hypotheken, die den
Kunden um
der Provisionen willen mit befristeten Sonderkonditionen
aufgenötigt
wurden). Mit einer hohen Bewertung ließen sich solche Papiere
nämlich (zur
Dollarrückgewinnung) im Ausland besser verscherbeln. Dazu wurden
die
Hypotheken von den Banken gebündelt, in einen Fonds gelegt und
dessen
Papiere (Mortgage Based Securities) gezielt ins Ausland verkauft. Dort
dienten solche "anerkannten" Papiere ebenfalls als "Sicherheiten" zur
fröhlichen Geldschöpfung. 87 Prozent der amerikanischen
Subprime-Immobilienkredite im Besitz der WestLB waren mit "AA" oder
sogar
AAA bewertet. Die Instrumente, die hoch dotierte Experten als
zeitgemäße
Kontrollinstrumente angeboten hatten, waren klimakatastrophale Windeier.
Wenn das Rating der Papiere sank, weil fällige Zinszahlungen
ausbleiben,
geht ihre "Sicherheit" flöten und der Fonds geht ein, die
hinterlegende
Banken müssen nachlegen. Wenn sie das nicht können, weil
gerade nichts
Aktives auf dem Konto steht, müssen sie Geld aufnehmen. Das ist
der Grund,
weshalb die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) den Banken zuerst 94,80
Milliarden
Euro, als das nicht ausreichte am 10. August noch einmal 61,05
Milliarden
Euro am Montag darauf erneut weitere 47,66 Milliarden Euro zur
Verfügung
stellen d.h. als fehlende Einlage mit Zinsen zu berechnen hatte. Die
anderen
Zentralbanken in Japan und in den USA taten Ähnliches - kamen aber
mit
weniger Geld aus, weil deren Experten sich weniger Finanzschrott als
"Sicherheiten" hatten aufschwätzen lassen.
Nun wundern sich die Experten, weshalb der FED-Chef Bernanke, der wie
seine
Kollegen Banken flüssig halten wollte, nicht gleichzeitig und zum
gleichen
Zweck die Zinsen senkte. Er tat es nicht, sondern sorgt für einen
- wie es
ein Londoner Spekulant nannte - "selective financial crash". Das
heißt, es
werden nur Banken versorgt, die bis zu 6% Zinsen wert waren. Die anderen
werden wohl zur baldigen Übernahme anstehen.
So manche, die unter Geld mehr als ein Spiel mit Zahlen verstehen (weil
es
ihnen so hart fällt, damit ihren Lebensunterhalt zu bestreiten),
hoffen nun
(nicht ohne verhohlene Schadenfreude), daß den Banken, so wie
ihnen selbst,
das Geld ausgeht und der baldige Crash die erlösende Neuordnung
bringt. Nur,
eine für alle vorteilhafte Neuordnung fällt nicht vom Himmel.
Man müßte sie
durchsetzen. So etwas ist "dem Volk" bisher noch nie gelungen.
Revolutionen
wurden von einem Teil der Elite, die dazu das Volk zu benutzen verstand,
gegen den anderen Teil geführt (den Putsch der Finanziers und der
East India
Company hinter dem Haus Orleans gegen die Bankiers der Bourbonen nannte
man
die Französische Revolution). Neuordnung bedeutet
Anstrengungen und ein
vernünftiges Konzept. Oder man muß warten, bis das Spiel
endet, weil einer
alles Spielgeld in der Kasse hat. Das genau ist das große Ziel der
"westlichen Wertewelt". Damit den Beteiligten die Härten der
Endphase
erträglicher erscheinen, gibt es u.a. Krieg dem Terror und
Klimakatastrophe.

NASA's Backtrack on Warmest Year Is Being Ignored, Critic SaysBy Randy Hall

(CNSNews.com) - NASA scientists this month corrected an
error that resulted in 1934 replacing 1998 as the warmest year on
record in the U.S., thus challenging some key global warming arguments,
but the correction is being ignored, a conservative climate expert
charged Wednesday.
Yet at the same time, announcements that support global
warming are considered "front-page news," said H. Sterling Burnett, a
senior fellow at the conservative National Center for Policy Analysis
(NCPA).
For his part, James Hansen, director of NASA's Goddard
Institute for Space Studies, has called the correction is
"statistically insignificant."
Burnett challenged that
assertion, saying the correction made it clear that NASA's conclusion
-- that the majority of the 10 hottest years have occurred since 1990
-- is false.
 "Time
after time, Hansen and other global warming alarmists present their
data as 'the facts,' and [say that] 'you can't argue with data,' " he
said. "Well, it turns out their data is just wrong. And when it's
wrong, they want to say it's not important."
The controversy began on Aug. 4, when blogger Steve McIntyre of the ClimateAudit.org
website, sent an email to NASA asserting that the data collected by the
agency after 1999 was not being adjusted to allow for the times of day
when readings were taken or the locations of the monitoring stations.
According to a blog posting
by NASA climate modeler Gavin Schmidt, agency analysts then "looked
into it and found that this coincided with the switch between two
sources of U.S. temperature data."
"There had been a faulty assumption
that these two sources matched," Schmidt said. "The obvious fix was to
make an adjustment based on a period of overlap so that these offsets
disappear."
Schmidt said the data analysis was then adjusted accordingly, and a note of thanks emailed to McIntyre.
"The
net effect of the change was to reduce mean U.S. anomalies by about
0.15 degrees Celsius for the years 2000-2006," which resulted in a
"very minor knock" on information from earlier years, Schmidt added.
Burnett, however, called the miscalculation "a serious math error" and noted that according to NASA's newly published data:
- The hottest year on record is 1934, not 1998;
- The third hottest year on record was 1921, not 2006;
- Three of the five hottest years on record occurred before 1940; and
- Six of the top 10 hottest years occurred prior to 90 percent of the growth in greenhouse gas emissions during the last century.
'Ignore the man behind the curtain'
The NCPA analyst also charged that because the change does
not fit the mainstream media's view of global warming as an immediate
and ongoing crisis, the incident was being ignored by television news
networks and newspapers across the country.
Cybercast News Service conducted a Nexis search for
news articles over the past month containing the words "NASA," "1998"
and "1934." As of Tuesday, Aug. 14, only eight newspapers had discussed
the correction, along with United Press International (UPI) and the Fox
News Channel.
On Wednesday, however, a dozen major news outlets -- ranging
from the Chicago Sun-Times and Tribune to the Los Angeles Times and CNN
-- finally ran stories on the change, most emphasizing the resulting
controversy that had erupted across the conservative blogosphere.
In the Washington Post, Hansen said that the critics were
"making a mountain of a molehill. The change does nothing to our
understanding of how the global climate is changing and is being used
by critics to muddy the debate."
 "Hansen
said that NASA generally does not release or discuss national weather
statistics because it is more concerned with global patterns," the Post
reported. "The agency that pays more attention to American temperature
trends is the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which
has said that most of the warmest years in the past century have been
in the past 12 years."
"Hansen said the revised data do nothing to change that overall trend," the newspaper added. Burnett was highly critical of the Washington Post's coverage of the story. "The
Post gave James Hansen -- the one who made the error -- four paragraphs
to tell you why it's not important and why it should be ignored," he
stated. "Hansen basically said, 'I screwed up, but just ignore the man
behind the curtain,' and they let him get away with it."
Burnett also dismissed the idea that the change is "statistically insignificant" because the numbers concerned were so small. "A
few years back, an error in satellite data was found and corrected from
0.04 degrees of cooling per decade to 0.01 degrees, and that was
front-page news," he said. "If a change of 0.03 degrees is significant,
then what about this, which is five times more? If the one is important
for making your case, then the other is important for undermining your
case.
"What's really important is not that it shows whether it's
warming or not -- because it doesn't," Burnett stated. "But we've
supposedly got the best data in the world, and we're relying on data
from a lot of places where they're not checking it nearly as closely as
our guys."
As for NASA, Burnett charged that "they need
mathematicians on their staff, not climatologists. What does it say
when we had to have a blogger go in there and discover their error?"
